Ben is very relaxed and laid back but don't let that fool you, he is on top of everything, answers all your questions, always responds to calls, gives advice but allows you to make your own decisions. On top of all that he works with the best tiler who managed to match my mosaic tiles perfectly so that the symmetry was not lost in the slightly lower floor line of the shower. Bathroom and toilet were finished from demo to styling in ten days, its Hollywood now!
